Requirement :
- Bachelor in Secretary, Engineering or relevant majors
- 2-3 years experience in similar position as secretary or similar administrative role
- In depth knowledge of office management and excellent organizational.
- Outstanding communication abilities & operate MS Office, Data Spreadsheet, PPT etc
- Speak and write English fluently
Job Scope :
- Good knowledge about real estate industry
- Responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative and must be detail oriented,
- Ability to multitask, handle the general manager`s personal and business correspondence, including emails, memos and minute of meeting,
- Responsible for handling maintaining the general manager`s schedule, booking meetings and appointments, prioritizing daily tasks and travel as well as speaking engagements
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and management.
