Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma from any field with minimum 2 years of experience PCBA or other electronics manufacturing production
- Ability to create and adhere to effective schedule
- Strong organization skills, good skill in manpower arrangement
- Ability to stand for long periods in production process
- Firm understanding of safety regulations
- Ability to read MSDS
- Ability to complete written reports legibly and accurately
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to perform all required duties based on deadline & able to make decision required during machine having trouble to support company goals
- Good attitude and honest
