As a Labelling Specialist, you will be responsible to manages creation and approval of artwork for packaging components. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure labelling change implementation in timely manner.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Manages global labeling projects to completion ensuring accuracy of all labeling, as well as timeliness of projects to meet commitments and deadlines.  This includes completion of local change control process.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders to obtain approval and facilitate implementation of labeling in an accurate and timely manner.
• Gathers all relevant information to support labeling changes for each project and maintains detailed audit trail.
• Develops editor`s copies and reviews artwork, ensuring components meet the appropriate labeling requirements and guidelines.
• Takes the initiative to identify and solve problems, leading the resolution process for any issues encountered during labeling development and day to day operation.

WHAT YOU`LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Min Degree in science or engineering
• Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, training will be provided
• Good knowledge of medical regulatory framework / standards (e.g. FDA, ISO 13485, etc) would be highly advantageous
