Job Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Ability to multitask and to work as part of a team
• Computer literate Ms. Word and Excel
• Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese(Mandarin) is a plus 

Job Description:

• Ensuring compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
• Carry out employee relations development to create a conducive work environment for all parties.
• Resolving and anticipating disputes involving trade unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
• Follow up on reports regarding violations of company regulations in collaboration with related parties.
• Create a complete case report.
